Call for contributions

Call for Contributions – Shape the PITASO V Programme!

PITASO V is designed as a participatory conference. We invite participating organisations to contribute directly to the programme by proposing a workshop, panel discussion or debate connected to one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals.

We particularly welcome proposals addressing:

  • SDG 4 Quality Education
  • SDG 5 Gender Equality
  • SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth
  • SDG 9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
  • SDG 10 Reduced Inequalities
  • SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities
  • SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production
  • SDG 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
  • SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals

Proposals may explore the connection between these goals and youth participation, democracy, civic engagement, social inclusion, education, entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, peace, governance or international cooperation.

Selected proposals may be included in the official PITASO V programme. The final format, duration and scheduling will be determined by the organising team in consultation with the proposing organisation.

Please note Submitting a session proposal does not guarantee its inclusion in the official programme. Proposals are reviewed by the PITASO V organising team based on relevance to the conference themes, connection to the SDGs, originality, potential impact and opportunities for meaningful participant engagement.
